Coffee On The Brain
Coffee on the Brain
Some interesting information on the wonderful coffee bean.

Research from Europe suggests three cups of coffee a day may help to reduce the decline of mental function in older men.
This is just one more piece of data in support of the increasing amount of research information that highlights the connection between improved cognitive function, and coffee drinking.
According to a previous Austrian report, caffeine has been shown to improve brain function through its direct effect on specific parts of the brain.
It is generally accepted that mental performance naturally declines with age. The results from this study however demonstrate that men who consumed coffee daily, over a ten year period, showed a reduced rate of decline compared to those who did not.
